  • What are your hours of operation?
    *We are closed all major holidays
  • Do you offer overnight care?
    We do not offer overnight care at this time. Patients in need of overnight care will be stabilized and transferred to the closest 24/7 ER hospital.
  • Do you offer services for birds, reptiles, and small mammals?
    At this time we only offer services for dogs and cats. We would like to add this service in the future.
  • Do I need to make an appointment?
    We are a walk-in clinic and do not book appointments. If you would like your pet to be seen please GET IN LINE to get started.
  • Do you offer wellness services such as vaccines and spay/neuter?
    We do not offer wellness services at this time.
  • Do you offer house calls?
    We do not offer house calls at this time.
  • Do you offer euthanasia services?
    Yes, we provide euthanasia services after an examination has been performed and it has been determined that this is in the best interest of the pet. Our cost for euthanasia services is $415.00 (exam/consult, euthanasia). There are additional fees for cremation services (based on your pet's body weight), as well as memorial clay paw prints.
  • How long should I expect to wait for my pet to be seen?
    The wait time could be several hours. The wait time will vary depending on a number of factors, most importantly how stable your pet is at the time of arrival and the severity of the condition. We will do everything we can to ensure that you and your pet are not waiting excessive lengths, however please know that wait times in urgent care and emergency clinics can be up to several hours.
  • How much does a visit cost?
    All visits will include an exam by a licensed veterinarian. The exam cost is $169.25. Once an exam has been performed, we will provide a quote for recommended diagnostics and treatments.
  • Is payment due at the time of service?
    Yes, payment is due at the time of service.
  • What method of payment is accepted?
    All major credit cards, cash, Apple Pay, Care Credit, Sunbit, Scratch-pay.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    No, we do not offer a payment plan through Pomona Park Animal Urgent Care. To help you Care Now and Pay-over-time, we do offer access to flexible payment plans through Scratchpay, Sunbit, and Care Credit. Check out your financing options today by clicking the images below.
  • Can I access my pets prior visit history online?
    Yes! Please sign up on our pet portal.
